With a 19-year time to expiration, only in Nebraska.

Too late for me

If a parent drops them off at 18, will the state pay for their college education? Or at least, would they qualify for full financial aid?

Is it too late to drop off my child, who just started college?

Anyway, I expect this will be heavily used by parents of recent high school grads . . .
